QUESTION

Do i have a case to pursue?

Asked on Jan 02nd, 2018 on Real Estate - Michigan
More details to this question:
An independent tree cutting service came to my home in August while I was not home and cut down two 50+ foot healthy silver maple tree from my front yard. They were at the wrong property and were suppose to be at a home about 10 houses down the street. We have tried working with the company's insurance company and a few lawyers but have gotten no where. I am looking for some advice to see if we have a case to pursue and would at least be able to get enough to put our front yard back together. Thank you!
