Do I have a chance on winning?

More details to this question:
I had a tenant for 8 yrs that came to me with bad credit and was represented by a realtor. he agreed to provide an additional deposit that would be used for last month's rent. upon move out he owed sewer bills and late fees that accrued during his tenancy. when i provided him the reconciliation he was upset and sued me for more then he paid. he also complained that we didnt provide him info on where the deposit was being held but we do have a landlord/tenant account still wasnt dispersed
