More details to this question:
Bought a condo that was advertised with hardwood floors...turns out they were put in against hoa rules and was not disclosed by seller..Do I have a case against seller and possibly sellers agent?

It sounds like you probably do. The seller certainly should have disclosed the fact that the floors were in violation of the association rules. Is the association asking you to remove them?
