QUESTION

Do I have a valid case to hire an attorney?

More details to this question:
I have purchased my home 6 months ago, and now there are cracks on the interior partition walls and some doors started to stick. During the time of purchase the home inspector did not catch anything nor were there any disclosure from the seller. I have placed a claim to my insurance policy. The adjuster inspected the home and determined that the same problem happened in the past by noting out patch work. I will get getting a letter from my insurance stating of what the adjuster has observed. My insurance will not cover for the repairs because it was an ongoing problem.

You may have a case. Take what evidence you have to an attorney, who will normally review your case for free to determine whether they can help you.
