Do I have to leave immediately?

More details to this question:
I have lived with my fiancé for six years and he did not want me to work so that I was home with the kids. Recently, he has been threatening to kick me out. I own a house but someone else lives there.

You have lived long enough with your fiance that it is now your residence, too. As such, you would have to be formally evicted if you do not wish to leave voluntarily. Good luck!

You need to see an attorney as soon as possible. Since you had children with your fiance, you have the right to get child support for them since he did not want you to work. Your attorney can also advise you in regard to your rights and responsibilities where you now live.
