Do we have a lawsuit if there is black mood everywhere which we have made complaints about?

I have been living in a hotel for over a year now paying weekly. Our sink has been clogged for 6 months. They keep raising our rent without notice and for no reason, and they go in our room whenever we are not around. We have even had stuff come up missing. They even unlock the door and just walk right in when we are home, no knocking. They don't do it to clean because they don't clean our rooms. I have asthma and the mood has sent me into several attacks, along with constant headaches and sneezing. My boyfriend who never gets sick has been sick 5 times in 3 months.

Probably not, and damages will be difficult to prove. Move! You appear to be week to week do not have to continue to live in the conditions you describe.
