Do we need an Ancillary Administration?

More details to this question:
My father has 50% interest in a home in FL. He is deceased and his estate was probated in GA. My brother is executor of his estate. The other 50% interest holder of FL property wants to buy my father's interest. Is an Ancillary Administration needed? Will an Executor's Deed suffice?

You need to open an ancillary administration and the court in Florida has to approve the transfer of the property.
