Does code 15-1-13 (1) give me rights to where my house is at?

It has been on that land for 12 years and never asks to pay. They want me to move it off the land.

There is no such code section in Idaho, so I don't know. If it is an adverse possession statute, you will need to talk with a local attorney to see what your rights may be.
