More details to this question:
My ex boyfriend was at my house and we started arguing. He threw his drink in my face and was yelling and screaming at me i asked him to leave he didn't kept yelling and getting in my face and my roommates dog bit him! My ex is claiming to file a report and claim about the incident. Am i or my roomate liable for his medical bills and pain and suffering even though the dog was protecting me?
