More details to this question:
My land doesn't have access to main sewage pipes. The city does not allow me to put a septic tank. All the other properties around me have septic tank and have a house. But recently I realized that one of the houses that surround my property has its septic tank on my property. Part of my property I have to leave it as an entrance to the properties that are behind me. And I have been paying property taxes for years when part of my property can not be used. Help help.
