More details to this question:
My wife and I are divorcing and we had just bought our family home 4 months ago. She has been a stay at home mom with limited marketable skills and no income. She cannot qualify to take on the loan of the house. Would I be forced to continue the pay for the house and let her live there? This ties up my ability to get a place to live with my children (I am seeking 50% custody and have a good chance of getting it)
