More details to this question:
I just discovered that on the home i live in w my sig other (unmarried) in which I signed a warrantee trust to my mother, was filed by him and references a different land trust agreement than I agreed to (completely fraudulent). The one referenced w the court lists both his and my name with 100% as beneficiary, what does this mean? The original deed and mortgage are all in my name? What are my rights and how do I correct this. I am not looking to pursue action for the fraudulence, just not sure if this gives him rights over my property or how I can correct?
