Was evicted, landlady sued me to repair and redo the whole apartment, in amout of 3,000+ dollars, paying $40.00 a month, now they are taking me to court for demand to pay and possible sheriffs sale of all me property

After receiving a Judgment award in Court a Landlord can take various steps to collect the money that the Court has decided they are owed including selling your personal property to satisfy the Judgment. They can also garnish your wages or take the funds from your bank account. You do have defenses and exemptions to the Writ of Execution.
