Grant Deed - wording

More details to this question:
I am correcting a grant deed written 02/15 in California, I was told by the file clerk to file a new grant deed and mention that the current grant deed is a correction to the grant deed written in 02/15. I will use my reference number but where in the deed and how would I phrase it so its in legal terms.

Name the document a "Corrective Grant Deed"   Under the legal description, you can write: This corrective grant deed is recorded for the sole purpose of correcting the (erroneous name of the grantee, or whatever your correction is) of that certain grant deed dated ________ (date) and recorded ________ (date) in ________ County official records as instrument number ________.   Here is an article that I wrote discussing transferring property: http://www.avvo.com/legal-guides/ugc/transferring-real-estate-documents-required
