Home Owner - Tenant question

Asked on Jun 16th, 2021 on Landlord and Tenant Law - New York
More details to this question:
I am 75 years old. I leased my house. The lease ends June 30, 2021. I send to the tenant non-renewal letter this February, but they answered that they have not been able to secure suitable living arrangements for their family and will not vacate our premises as required by lease agreement at least by the end of summer. They also said that they need their daughter to stay at the same school district. I do not have any other place to live. What shall I do?

Assuming your termination notice is vaid and was properly served,  you will have to start a Holdover eviction action against your tenant. The action can be started after the notice expires.
