How can I evict my ex girlfriend?

More details to this question:
I put two thousand dollars down on my house and I'm paying seven fifty a month. I received no money from her on the deposit or the house note but she is on the lease. I have money order receipts with just my name on them. How can I evict her?

Have you leased the premises to her? Is she making payments on the lease? If so, you can't. If she is not, you give her a 30-day notice to leave and if she doesn't, you file an action for eviction.
