How can I successfully evict this roommate without doing something wrong/illegal?

More details to this question:
I am a tenant under a landlord that lets me sublease to two people. I am subletting to one roommate who is 18 days late on rent. I gave her a 5 day notice to pay (on April 15th) or I would start the eviction process (on April 20th). Am I ok to do this and could my case get thrown out? We have a signed sublease that lays out the rent she owes me.

you must have someone else not related, no privity with you, over 18, serve the notice, and use the notice provided on the website.
follow the forms and procedures from there, but if it is too daunting then use an attorney. I am available.
