how can i take my ex boyfriend off the title to my mobile home if he refuses to sign the title

i have been separated from my ex boyfriend for about 7 years now and his name is still on the title to my mobile home. i have asked him to sign his name off the title and he refuses to do so unless i let him claim out 2 kids for income tax. is the any way i can have his name removed from the title as he is threatening to take the mobile home unless i do so.
