How do find out if a judgement on the owner of a property I wish to purchase will effect me.

I am looking to bid on a property in a county tax sale and have located two Adverse Judgement document attached to the the owner of the property. I would like to find a lawyer who could look over the documents and help me understand how they might effect me if I purchase the property off of the county. I understand that not all judgement would effect me and that most go away after 10 years in the state of California. But I would like the documents to be looked over by an appropriate lawyer so that I have all the facts before I make my decision to bid on the property. Also I am in San Bernardino County. I also understand that not all real estate Lawyers specialize in this and I am hoping to find one that does.
