How do I get my brother to leave if I let him move in with me 2 months ago and he has started doing drugs?

He did pay me $140 (half of what his share of rent should have been) for the first month and has not paid me since. I told him to leave and told him I would give him a month and he got mouthy with me. He told me he would plant drugs in my children's bed if I called the police.

He was doing drugs before he moved in with you. You can change the locks on him and hope he doesn't break in. You can ask the local police if they can help by arresting him for possession. You can request an eviction from the apartment with your local small claims court.
