How do I kick someone out that’s not on a lease?

More details to this question:
I was dating this girl. She came, stayed a few nights as well as her 20-year old son. We separated her or her son want leave. I have two kids I get on weekends. They are scared to go to my house because of the way she acts, things they have and seen while she drinks. I have been out my house for 3 weeks now. She does not pay rent, no utilities, no groceries and both are without a job. She has threatened me. I have the texts. She is going to bars having parties at my house and having other men at my house. What can I do to speed this process? I got an eviction order for her but she replied to the law wanting 60 days. Is there any way to get her out sooner?

Update Your Profile
Depending on how long she lived with you, you will probably have to file an unlawful detainer (eviction) action against her and then get a writ of possession to have her removed from the house. I suggest that you contact an experienced landlord/tenant or real estate attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.

Call the sheriff and constable to enforce the eviction order. Sue her in small claims court for rent, utilities, etc.
