QUESTION

How do I obtain supporting documents?

Asked on Apr 20th, 2015 on Landlord and Tenant Law - Utah
More details to this question:
I am being sued by my former landlord who claims things that are absolutely untrue. When I got served with papers, there is only summary of 5 sentences and a sentence of "See supporting documentation", but no supporting documentation is provided. When I called back the sheriff who served me, he said that all papers that were supposed to be served, were served. Is there a way for me to find out what is this supporting documentation before my court date?
