QUESTION

How do I respond to a neighbor

Asked on Apr 27th, 2016 on Residential Real Estate - California
More details to this question:
Hello, A neighbor we co own a small parcel of land with keeps demanding that we do not schedule repair work on days they are at the property. The work to be done is not in their line of sight, and will not be on their property. It is only painting of a safety retaining wall below our bluff. The painting contractor can only work weekends when they are present. What should we do? We have to get this safety work done ASAP.

I don't think that this is so much of a legal issue, as it is a good neighborly issue.  Try to accomodate your neighbor's schedule, but at the end of the day, this might be a case where it is better to ask forgiveness than to ask for permission.
