QUESTION

How much to do a quitclaim deed?

Asked on Mar 09th, 2017 on Real Estate - Ohio
More details to this question:
My ex and I own a rental property but per our dissolution agreement he has all rights and responsibilities to the property. He is willing to accept a quitclaim deed and I am willing to transfer all my interest in the property to him. I do not have any agreements with the renters nor do I receive any rent income. I need to know how much money I will need to pay an attorney to do it.

Depending on the extent of the involvement of the attorney, this is something that should cost no more than $400 to draft the quitclaim deed.    Nick
