How should i proceed with this matter>

More details to this question:
I got Carbon Monoxide Poisoning in March 2023. There wwer two links in the hot water tank, five in the furnace and the dryer was not capped off. I moved in the house December 15, 2022. According o my doctor there were traces of Carbon Monoxide in my blood. I had to leave the home for a week because there were no detectors in the home. I returned when detectors were installed. I explain to my landlord the the levels are continuing to increase when I go to the doctor. She give me an Notice to quit on June 7, 2023 stating the she wants repossession of her property by July 7, 2023.. It does not have a document number or the seal from the court I am on the lease with some else.

Landlords can be accountable for damages as a result of CO poisoning. The landlord's notice to quit is a further breach of the lease. You will definitely need legal representation to assert any claim against the LL. Please be in touch if I can be of assistance. Gilbert Borman 248.353.5555
