How can I get my kids off my deeds, They refuse to do it their self. I wish to sell and move on since their father my husband of 40 years has passed away. He and I built the house our self's. He wanted their names on the deeds before he passed. They think they should have a 3rd of the house. Having never put a dime into the house.
