More details to this question:
they had their annual meeting yesterday, which is open to all home owners in the complex. During this meeting the management handed out tickets, for the express purpose of ticketing any expired plates.My car is backed into my carport Can my neighbors ticket me Additionally, the woman representing our management company discussed my personal HOA dues, in front of my neighbors. I wasn't present I feel harassed and humiliated. Is this legal. I am also medically disabled

Unfortunately, your debt to the HOA is HOA business and thus the business of all the members of the HOA.
