Not sure that I understand your question. If prior to closing your inspector discovered termites but you did not get the seller the tent or treat the property, then you will probably be deemed to have accepted the property in that condition. If you discovered termites after the closing, you would need to establish that the sellers were aware that there were termites and you might be able to recover from them.
