QUESTION

I purchased a house two months ago.

More details to this question:
The seller did not disclose plumbing and sewage issues on the disclosure form. Those areas are blank. There are major issues with the plumbing. In less than two weeks, a plumber had to come on 1/3/14 and yesterday Roto-Rooter came twice. There is a water alarm in the basement laundry room which the seller must have installed and was here when I purchased the house. Do I have any recourse against the seller, her realtor, and the inspector? The inspector's report said there were no issues with leaks or sewage.

You may have a claim against all those that you listed, depending upon what each of them knew but failed to disclose.  In order to assist you I would need to discuss a lot more facts than we can discuss in this forum.  If you would like a free consultation you should call me office and ask to schedule with me.   Good luck, Don Eby 303-688-0944
