I rented a condo which became infested with bats . . One flew at my head, and I eventually had to go to a hotel. I moved I want my security$ returned?

I with the landlord agreeing could break the lease because of the infestation, I have sent a letter requesting a refund of my last months rent and security. I had to reside in a hotel for over two weeks.I left a brand new bed for fear of the bat guano.This was in a top floor condo on a golf golf course. The bats were roosting right next to condo room . I could see them outside my bedroom window coming in and out of this vent. They are protected by law until a certain date so nothing could be done. They were flying around my living room.
