if my rent increase is considered discriminatory

More details to this question:
landlord increased my rent more than others, I pay the same now as a corner waterfront unit while mine being a middle no view unit , I was told my new rent is the market value now with high demands in our area, then why the corner waterfront is considered same value as mine ? or a second floor unit with more privacy and quiete

There is no case here on the facts provided. Not all discriminaiton is a legal issue nor do you get to determine the value of the various units for marketing. Maybe a better choice is to relocate to a better unit at the same price.
