The problem is that there are few if any tenant lawers, we are one of the few, and thats because most people expect to hire a tenant lawyer like a car accident lawyer, where it costs nothing unless you win. If the LL is intent on evciting you, your best bet is lawyer up befoe hand to hoefull keep her from filing, as the mere filing of the eviction can damage your ability rent in the future.

Typically the problem with finding a lawyer is that (a) there are few tenant lawyers and (b) thats because 99% of tenants expect lawyer to handle cases on contingent fee where most all such cases are based on retainers and hourly rates. We handle such cases if you wish to pursue it, but as stated on an hourly rate/retainer. Good thing is if you win in court, you can ask the court to have the LL reimsburce your legal fees.
