QUESTION

Is an email agreement legally binding?

Asked on Dec 06th, 2020 on Commercial Real Estate - Florida
More details to this question:
Before moving in, my roommates and I signed a lease, and also signed an addendum originating from the property managers email. The property management changed and the new management is failing to uphold their end of the addendum signed via email. New management stated that the addendum is not legally binding since it’s an email and we must abide by the lease since the addendum was not attached to the lease.

I would have to see the lease and the addendum to see if it's valid. Call me at 305-283-4785. Thanks.
