Is it possible for my landlord can charge me?

More details to this question:
Due to Mold, door was broken, air conditioner keep frezzing over, mid-dew under my air conditioner. They wouldn''t never come fix anything... I called to complain they stated to me that I can brake my lease with no charge. When I broke it they trying to charge me over $ 1,000.

You may have a claim for constructive eviction.  Constructive eviction is when you no longer remain in the property because of the condition of the property.  Hopefully you documented the situation with letters to the landlord and have pictures of the apartment.
