Neighbors across the street from my house are renters. There is constant traffic over there every day always cars parked in front of my house. I'm always picking up beer bottles and trash off my tree lawn. ive spoken to them about it and was told they would tell their guest about throwing out trash. These people dont work they have gatherings everyday and throuout the night. They are loud and disruptive my family and i cant sleep, im affraid to let my children play outside, these guys speed up and down the street its just a nightmare. Im not in the postion to buy another house at the time but i feel thats my only option is to move my family outa here. is there anything leagally i can do to the landlord of this property?
Call the police each and every time they are creating problems for you and your neighborhood. Also, call your mayor's office, service safety director, zoning office, etc. and complain about the nuisance. Also, start calling the landlord on a regular basis and complaining about the problems. Eventually, the landlord is going to get tired of all the complaints and boot these people out.
But you need to document, document, document by taking pictures, videos, calling police and filing a report, etc. That way, if you need to take further legal action, you have support for your claim that this house and its residents are creating a nuisance and interfering with your quiet enjoyment of your house and property.
Good luck.
