More details to this question:
My sister & I inherited farm land from my parents. It is held in both of our names, but does not specify JTWROS or tenants-in-common. I would like to sell my interest in the property, but not sure if this is possible. (Farm is in Kansas, I live in Colorado.)

You'll have to ask a Kansas attorney as this issue is specific to Kansas real estate.
