More details to this question:
Having left my possessions some of them on the property I notified the landlord that we come in writing I'll be coming back to get the rest of my things I ran out of room talk to her that night she told me to call back the next day and we can make arrangements so I can get my things having done that I tried for several days that week several times a day for a week with her not answering me I then learned I tried to go to the property to get my things I couldn't get to get them she had given I got rid of all my things I had a lot of possessions and she wouldn't let me get them can I sue her

Maybe. It all depends on how you were leaving the property and the terms of the lease. You need to retain a tenant lawyer to review this with. Most times LL have to abibe Fla. Stat. 715 if a tenant vacates the property and leaves stuff behind, unless there was a court eviction.
