More details to this question:
I have a co op with in an ongoing issue of a sliding door that was installed backwards, original door, which can be lifted easily and anyone can enter. Board and management are well aware and refuse to replace. I replaced the door on my residence of which the co op is responsible for, its in my lease I did a repair and deduct and they now sent a letter demanding I pay or collections. What can I do to prevent further issue?
