More details to this question:
i entered a lease purchase contract in 2019 that concluded in sept 2020 . The tenant /purchaser refused to pay the last payment as the contract outlined . they wanted me to give them the deed prior to them making the last payment . They still have not maid the payment to perform the contract . My question is how likely is it for me to hold them in default and retain the property because they did not perform the contract.
