LEASE QUESTION FOR AN APARTMENT

Harassments at its finest. From the time I gave my notice (lega) to leave. I have been harassed. I should not speak to neighbor, not let my dogs bark at joggers, walkers with other dogs. (In a closed in porch) I work at home so this does not persist. Several messages pack up and leave. I have been pre-paid the last two week or more as a favor to her. She is being terrible rude. Now she wants to put up hurricane shutters with no emergency. I have a disabled son that would not be able to escape in case of lighting fire. This is a trailer home and it will go up in 3 minutes. The fire marshall inspector said only put up when emergency eminent. So total harassment's. I think she wants my hefty security deposit.

Not sure what the issue is - you gave notice you are leaving, which is presmably 15- 30 days, so not sure what you are expecting to accomplish? The security deposit gets dealt with after you vacate.
