Asked on Sep 28th, 2016 on Real Estate - Florida
More details to this question:
I signed a Lease To Purchase Option Agreement with my Landlord/Seller for 2 unit property which currently renting I unit from him. Our contract states that Tenant can assign or sublet said premises or allow other person to occupy the leased premises without Landlord's prior written consent. The 2.unit current tenant wants to see my Agreement but I do not want to show my Agreement between me and my Landlord/Seller. What should I say or write to 2. Tenant that she must know I am the new Buyer/tenant so she must pay the rent to me?

That is between you and the new tenant. You might want to show that person only the purchase and sale agreement, or have the seller acknowledge that you are purchasing the property.  That is the freedom of contract and business. You have to work it out.
