I have an LLC which I'm the single member which owns a property and I have to file an eviction. Do I have to hire an attorney since it's considered small claims or do I have to hire an attorney to file the eviction in florida?

Evictions are heard in county court but not as a small claim. Regardless, any legal entity, including LLCs must be represented by an attorney.
