mobile home park and clogged main drain issue

More details to this question:
past 3 days I have been wet vacuuming sewer [45gal] and using only toilet sparingly, out of tub and sink from main plumbing from home just so we can live here. have contacted management, but nothing done. but try to tell us we need a plumber. we have a health issue with home smelling like sewer

You can send written notice that they are required to fix and that if they don't you will put all payments in escrow until they do
