QUESTION

mold cases

Asked on Mar 07th, 2015 on Residential Real Estate - Colorado
More details to this question:
I have been ill and had no idea that the apartment I was living in had mold growing in about 75% of the place. Family had to go to doctor and found out had upper respjitory infection most likely, due to the mold issue. The Enviromental Specialist and The City of Aurora have came out and have confirmed the mold and requested it be fixed in the next 7 days, so me and my family need to move ASAP. The apartment complex is not willing to help me with any moving expense or replacement of my personal items. I have to find a new place and be moved out by the 14th of this mo. in order for them to give me back some prorate rent for this mo. But that still leaves me with no money to move and our health is in danger.
