Mold in the property

More details to this question:
Hired three technicians and found no molds in the hvac and ac unit. They concluded that molds started forming arouns the outlet due to tenants setting the thermostats to 67 downstairs and 72 upstairs creating excessive condensation in the house. Also mold in the bathroom due to failure to use ventilation. Also found rotten pizza and food under the bed, pile moldy water cups in the closet that according to the mold inspector could have contributed to molds int he houseAs a landlord do I have case in this matter?

A case to do what? If you are looking toevict, this is an issue you need to address with a landlord lawyer you retain for that purpose. Evictons, contrary to popular belief, are not a DIY project.
