my lease was signed thru one company but the owner of the property has now changed managment companies completely. am i legally still bound to my leas

Without seeing your lease, it is likely that your lease is between you and the owner, the property manager is merely the owners agent and changing of the property manager has no effect on your tenancy or contract.  However, if your lease is between you and Blue Mountain and the lease was not properly transferred then you may have a claim, but even that is doubtful because it is likely that the lease is assignable.
