Non payment of profits

More details to this question:
I am a 75% owner in appartments my husband is a 25% owner. Regrettably I do not have a contract and am allowed no control. Do I have a legal ability to demand payment of my percent of profits and what action does it require?

Yes, you would sue for an accounting of income and expenses and for an equitable payment of your share of the net profits.
