More details to this question:
I own a house in Getzville, NY with my former girlfriend. She took over paying the mortgage that is in my name. I signed a Quick Claim Deed with her transferring ownership to her. I am not looking for any profits on the house, I would like to force the sale of the house to pay off the mortgage.

You may be able to force the sale of the house through a court proceeding. However, since she nows owns the house by herself, it would not be the usual type of case used for these purposes.
