Me and family were renting a house in Boca Raton Florida in 2009 .the landlord did not give us air conditioning in June July and August he took us to court for not pay the rent judge decided in his favor for 9600.00 judge know landlord and landlord know my lawyer had picture of the water overflowing in buckets landlord did notwant to fix the system which was 15 year old .this November will 10 years from 2009 to now never got any papers few week ago got papers to appear Supreme Court what is the statue of limitation on rent and how long can landlord collect a old debt

There is a 20 year statute of limitations on judgment enforcement in NY. Was the original judgment issued by NY or a FL court?
