More details to this question:
I HAVE RENTES IN MY CONDO THAT DIDNT PAY I GOT A JUDGEMENT OF POSSISION N MY FAVOR THEY WERE GIVING 2 extra months at a discounted rate both payments were made on time and were expected to be out by the end july yesterday I received notice the filed chapter 7 , r they still expected to leave ? they wer told in court that I had no legal right to extent this past the 2 months and I do want them out

They have no right to stay, but, in order to get them out, you will need an eviction order from the local District Court, and, in order to get that without violating Federal Law, you will have to go to the Bankruptcy Court to get permission. Is this fair to you? NO, but it is how it works. Sorry. Good Luck.
